Our Mission is to provide healthy, active lifestyles for people 50-plus.
Our vision is to be A Community That Makes A Difference. We make this possible by supporting the 50+ Community to inspire friendships, social engagement, and active, stimulating living.

The Gathering Place offers programs, activities, classes, and more to inspire friendships, social engagement, and active living, enhancing the lives of the 50+ population in Cobleskill and Oneonta, New York. Enjoy social activities to make new friends, wellness classes to be active and healthy, live entertainment, and exciting adventures with various bus trip choices. You can join the Center (Cobleskill and/or Oneonta) anytime! Membership starts at $15 per calendar quarter; you can print a Membership Application online to fill out and bring.

Arts and Crafts
Enjoy painting, scrapbooking, diamond art, jewelry making, rug making, and much more.
Exercise and Wellness
Stay active with Beginner Chair Pilates, Gentle Yoga, Movement Classes, Tai Chi, and more.

The Cobleskill Gathering Place is located at 127 Kenyon Road
Cobleskill, NY 12043, opened on June 1, 2021, to support the 50+ Community and inspire friendships, social engagement, and active, stimulating living.
Operated by The Schoharie County Council of Senior Citizens, Inc., a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit organization, it provides healthy and active lifestyles for people who are 50-plus.
The Oneonta Gathering Place
The Oneonta Gathering Place is located at 5506 State Highway 7
Oneonta, NY 13820, opened on Saturday, September 9, 2023, to support the 50+ Community and inspire friendships, social engagement, and active, stimulating living.
Operated by The Schoharie County Council of Senior Citizens, Inc., a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit organization, it provides healthy and active lifestyles for people who are 50-plus.
